Collection: Wollium
The colour gradient yarns are hand-wound in a small manufactory. Machine knitting yarns are used, which are wound into hand knitting yarns. The different colours are created by changing individual threads. The colour changes are knotted (mini knots, as only one thread changes). The knot ends are left long so that you can knit the ends for the next 2-3 stitches and then cut them off.
The knots run from light to dark or vice versa. They can be knitted from the inside and outside. We recommend working the very large balls from the outside.
The wool is not twisted, but plied. Plied means that the threads are laid next to each other several times and are not twisted.
Machine washable on a wool cycle.
Quality: 50% cotton, 50% polyacrylic
The yarn is available in different thicknesses, which means that there are either 3, 4 or 5 threads running next to each other.
